From time to time, LunaShop may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
5. Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We cannot guarantee successful delivery.
- Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be refunded minus shipping costs.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:
- Verify the shipping address.
- Check with neighbors, household members, or building management.
- Contact the shipping carrier.
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact our support team, and we will do our best to assist you.
LunaShop is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
10. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
11. Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages due to:

- Warehouse locations
- Package size restrictions
You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless otherwise stated.
12. Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After processing begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
